Check-in time is any time after 3 pm, and check-out time is anytime before 11 am. We must be strict with these times to ensure that we have enough time to clean and sanitize the cabins, so please do not request later check-outs or earlier check-ins.
Additionally, there is a 2-night minimum stay, and a 3-night minimum stay during holidays, and special weekends. Unfortunately, we only permit 1-night stays if there is 1 night sandwiched between 2 other reservations. Otherwise, the minimum nightly requirement must be met
Please take note that weekly cabin rentals must include a Friday and a Saturday of the same weekend, which means we cannot offer Saturday to Saturday, weekly rentals.
Furthermore, a 50% deposit is required at the time of making the reservation, and the balance is due upon check-in. You may pay the balance by credit card, cash, or money order, but we do not accept personal checks nor American Express cards. If you opt for the "Worry-Free Bookings" option, you will be required to pay the required payment for the option of your choice.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Once the reservation is made, there are no refunds. Departing early does not constitute a cancellation. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE OPTED INTO THE WORRY-FREE BOOKING OPTION AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES SET UP BY THE BOOKING AGENCY, YOU MAY RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. Certain restrictions apply.
No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your balance will be charged to your credit card. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE OPTED INTO THE WORRY-FREE BOOKING OPTION AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES SET UP BY THE BOOKING AGENCY, YOU MAY RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
Lastly, but important to note, we will place a $250 security deposit Hold on the credit card at check-in.
